Longjing (龙井) is China's most celebrated green tea, cultivated in the misty hills of Zhejiang Province. This first-grade selection features beautifully flat, smooth, sword-shaped leaves, pan-fired by hand in the traditional way. It brews an exceptionally clear, bright pastel-green liquor with a rich, savory aroma of toasted chestnuts and roasted edamame, a bold yet crisp taste, and a refreshing, long-lasting sweetness (Hui Gan). Best brewed at 80–85°C with a 3–5g per 150ml ratio in a clear glass or white porcelain gaiwan, so you can watch the flat leaves dance and unfurl. Packed in a sealed 250g can to preserve freshness.
