It brews an exceptionally clear, bright pastel-green liquor with a rich, savory aroma of toasted chestnuts and roasted edamame, a bold yet crisp taste, and a refreshing, long-lasting sweetness (Hui Gan). Best brewed at 80–85°C with a 3–5g per 150ml ratio in a clear glass or white porcelain gaiwan, so you can watch the flat leaves dance and unfurl. Packed in a sealed 250g can to preserve freshness.
