Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds on WoW Store products

Approved physical-product returns are sent to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact info@cookwow.fun with your order number to obtain return instructions and the correct return address before sending the item. The registered business address is not the return address.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period provided the item meets our eligibility criteria below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Food products, perishable goods, and opened or used items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cookwow.fun with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Physical WoW Store orders placed on the website, Android or iOS follow the physical-product return, exchange and pre-order cancellation policies on this page. Apple Pay card payments are not Apple App Store in-app purchases. For a transaction billed by the Apple App Store, request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. CookWoW cannot issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf. Check your receipt to identify the payment provider, or contact info@cookwow.fun with your order number for help.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at info@cookwow.fun with your order number and preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at your choice. You will not be charged for return shipping on defective items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item has been shipped for a full refund. Once a pre-order item has shipped, standard return policies apply.
