Food & IngredientsYinghong No.9 (英红九号) is one of China's most celebrated red teas, cultivated in the misty highlands of Yingde City, Guangdong Province. This first-grade selection features hand-picked fresh leaves from the legendary Yinghong tea region, where centuries of unique terroir produce a rich, malty cup with natural hints of cocoa, dried longan, and caramel sweetness. The tea yields a bright amber-red liquor with a smooth, full-bodied taste and a lingering honey-like aftertaste. Best brewed using the quick-infusion method (Gongfu style) at 95-100°C with a 1:20 tea-to-water ratio. Each infusion reveals new layers of flavor — enjoy 6 to 7 pours from a single serving. Packed in a sealed 250g can to preserve freshness. Product standard: DB4418/T0001.
