Fuding Silver Needle — Premium Chinese White Tea

Silver Needle (白毫银针) is the pinnacle of white tea, hand-picked from the mist-covered peaks of Fuding in Fujian Province. This selection consists entirely of plump, pristine single buds, heavily blanketed in soft, silvery down. Made the traditional "no-fry, no-knead" way by sun-withering alone, it brews a pale, shimmering ivory-yellow liquor that is exceptionally smooth, soft and naturally sweet, with notes of wild mountain grass, sweet soy milk and wildflower honey, a silky milky-honey finish and zero bitterness. Best brewed at 85–90°C with a 3–5g per 150ml ratio, pouring gently along the side of the cup to protect the delicate downy buds. A collectible, age-worthy white tea — packed in a sealed 250g can to preserve freshness.
