Meet the Yellow Long Neck Fig. It is a highly sought-after honey variety. The fruit grows exceptionally large with a distinct elongated neck. Notice the bright golden-yellow skin. Slice it open to reveal a light amber and pinkish center. The flavor is incredibly sweet. It tastes like rich honey with a hint of melon. The texture is smooth and wonderfully melting. It grows fast and produces giant fruit. This makes it a standout choice for home gardens. Eat it fresh for a dessert-like treat. Enjoy this golden giant.
